Click on the basket in the flowItemBin and in the quick properties choose to edit the Packing Method:

That will bring up a dialog like this where you can create something for the basket.

If you need it to pack items then just select a pallet and it the duplicate button:

The pallet is already set up to pack items so then you can edit that.
