Task Error Tutorial 3.2 - Conditional Tasks

Hello there,

I'm currently a student and have been instructed to complete Tutorial 3 - Conditional Tasks. I completed section 31. with no problems but it seems when I add the conditional tasks laid out in 3.2 I always get a task error. I've tried to complete this about 10 times and continually get the same error. This could be a simple fix but I'm just not experienced enough of flex sim to figure it out. If anyone could give me a hand I would be appreciative! I've attached screenshots and the flex sim file below.

Both Decide activities in the Unload at Destination Sub Flow activity block do not have any condition defined. The model should run properly when these conditions are defined.
