Syncing Operator with Task Executor in a defined path

Hello,

I am relatively new to Flexsim and I am trying to model following:

Scenario:

Operator gets an order --> Operator walks to the cart buffer and picks it up -->  Walks to the Processor --> Attaches Cart to the Processor --> Sets up Processor --> Operator Walks away as Processor is doings its job --> Operator Picks up the Cart once Processor is complete --> Takes the Cart back to the processor area and places it

To note:

1) There is a define path that they have to follow 

2) Cart has Uptime

Goal of the model:

1. Optimize number of carts required (increase Processor uptime)
2. Optimize number of Operators required

So far, I am in the process of building the model using Process Flows (particularly trying to use Synchronize function). However, I want to the cart to starting syncing when the Operator stops near 3D shape. That way, it can mimic Operator is walking with the cart. I have used Travel Network Node to determine the path to be traveled.

Question:

Is there a way to model what I am trying do? Or is thee better way to model the scenario?
