Strange Flexscript Exception when opening processflow

[ FlexSim 20.1.3 ]

I have just recently started receiving an odd flexscript exception when Mousing over the processflow window:

exception: Exception caught in TreeNode::callMemberFunction() c++/dll execution. Throwing... VIEW:/active/MainPanel/BackPanel/SplitterXPane/TabPane~2/TabControl/ProcessFlow>eventfunctions/onMouseMoveCallback c: VIEW:/active/MainPanel/BackPanel/SplitterXPane/TabPane~2/TabControl/ProcessFlow thisClass: VIEW:/active/MainPanel/BackPanel/SplitterXPane/TabPane~2/TabControl/ProcessFlow
exception: FlexScript exception: VIEW:/active/MainPanel/BackPanel/SplitterXPane/SplitterYPane/SplitterXPane/TabPane~2/TabControl/ProcessFlow>eventfunctions/OnMouseMove c: VIEW:/active/MainPanel/BackPanel/SplitterXPane/SplitterYPane/SplitterXPane/TabPane~2/TabControl/ProcessFlow

This error is written continuesly to the console as long as the mouse is over the processflow window which turns black and cant be updated.

At first I thought it was related to the model I had opened, but when I created a new empty model and opened an empty processflow window I got the same error. I then tried the same in all my installed FlexSim versions 19.1.2 through 20.2.0 with same result. This makes me think the problem is not actually related to FlexSim, but perhaps a dependent dll or service in windows. I have tried reinstalling on of my FlexSim versions as well but to no avail. I did recently receive a new windows update so it may be related to that. I have also tried running the program with administrative rights to ensure that it is not an access problem.
Suffice to say that it makes my computer useless for FlexSim development - any advice on how to solve this?

Are you having trouble with all the modules or just ProcessFlow? Does it cause errors when you create a Conveyor or an AGV path?

Can you post a screenshot of your start page, so we can see what graphics drivers you are using? Have you updated those recently? Every now and then, the latest driver release has bugs that break FlexSim, and the release after that will fix those bugs.

Also, I would look at this article:
https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/20977/flexsim-installation-or-startup-error.html

Step 3 and Step 6 have been known to resolve Process Flow draw errors.

Hi Jordan,

As soon as you mentioned I realized that I have in fact updatede the Nvidia Graphics driver recently. A roll-back of the driver fixed my problem. I guess I just need to be careful when updating it next time.

Thanks for your help!
