Staff reassignment for off duty staff

My model requires to use a staff from previous activity. When that staff is off duty, the patient got stuck until the staff is on duty again. How can i reassign another staff when the original staff is off duty?

That should happen automatically when the originally utilized staff member is currently in an "Off Schedule" state. This automatic reassignment behavior is specific to the "OffSchedule" state only.
