Source Inter-Arrival Time not allowing to update

[ FlexSim 18.1.2 ]

I'm currently trying to learn this software and would like to input arrival times and process times into the objects, but the software will not allow me to enter in any information

I have both 18 and 18 Update 1 and neither of them allow me to enter in information.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @heather.ulrich,

Could you post a screenshot or model that shows where you're inputting the information for arrival and process times? What objects are you trying to edit? It's hard for us to know where to start solving this without some more detail, but once we have more information about what you're editing, we will be able to provide more support. Thanks!

@heather.ulrich,

Like @tanner.p said, it is hard to know what you are doing without us being able to look at your model to give you specific help. Please send us your model so that we can give you the best answer for your situation.

Thanks.

Here I'm trying to place times for the operator

The issue with this one is I can't just enter a time. and when I try to click a statistic it won't let me enter information there either.

Here is the very simple model... Now when I open someone elses model I don't have any issues with enter information. I just can't do it from scratch.

Perhaps you must just open a default workspace:

Main menu View > Open Default Workspace.

My first guess was, you have a problem with graphic settings in FlexSim, but you described that you can open another model and everything looks fine. But you can check the problems with graphic issues, too.

@Jörg Vogel - opening the default workspace doesn't give me any different results

Hi @heather.ulrich,

Jörg is right. This looks like an issue with graphics. What graphics driver does your machine have?

We've seen this issue before. See Graphic issue

We aren't sure what causes it, but running as an administrator fixes it.
