Set a Label depending on the time of the day

This is a fast food service, and depending on the time, there's 2 diferent kind of clients

11-2pm. Rush clients

2-5pm. Normal

5-9pm. Rush

I want that the flowitem get a label depending on that

Time Table Down Function to set a label value of a source or any other object. You read this value and assign it to an item label.

The arrival time can evaluate a label value of the source directly or as a parameter in statistical distribution.

Maybe you can use @sebastian.hemmann approach
