Couple of issues related to the separator. I am trying to get the pallet onto 1 conveyor and 4 boxes onto the other from a seperator. I couldnt seem to do it directly so put a queue in to separate then move. My arm seems to only move 1 at a time even though i have capacity at 4. Wondering how to get the arm to move 4 and if i can do it without the queue's.

Thanks

You'll need to change the entry transfer to allow 4 transports in, and you can consider checking the box to hold transports.

No it's the white square at the entry point of the conveyor to which the queue is connected:

Great. thank you. Any guidance on rooming the queues and creating an expression in the separator?

You should be able to just remove the queues -like this example:

One other item. Is there a way to use a transport for the pallet but not the box?

Sure - you can specify the centerport by case option and enter 0 for the port that doesn't use transport:
