Send item on conveyor system doesn't function in 24.2

I build a model in 24.0 and when I want to run it in 24.2 it behaved differently. The following picture shows the logic:

The stack of pallets has a label with the destination of the Decision Point 3. At DP 2 the following process flow is fired:

If the outobject 1 equals the label value the token goes to send item and the stack should go right. This worked perfectly but in 24.2 it won't. If I put DP 3 for instance on the next conveyor the stack nicely stops (it can't enter the conveyor because the pallet with sheets is already there) I have tried replacing the conveyor, using new transfers, moving the DP 2 to the right etc. but nothing seems to work. Anybody else an idea or is this a bug introduced in 24.2? Model is attached (the model is much larger but I was able to separate this part)

I was going to compare the event logs between the two versions to see if I could spot something different but that seems to be broken in 24.2 - so as yet we've not found the cause.

Steven I noticed a difference in the event logs and traced the same issue back to 24.1 which interestingly had a release note entry:

• Fixed an issue with re-sending conveyor items.

They may be related so we'll create a report for this - thanks for pointing it out.

Not sure if this is a viable workaround for you but Kris G. has a similar problem and he discovered that by putting a tiny conveyor stub after your conveyor the item takes the correct exit in v24.1
