Route flowitems by itemtype

Hi, I would like to make the forklift transport itemtype 1 to Queue 11 and itemtype 2 &3 to Queue 12.

Also, I would like forklift to move 2 itemtype 1 in one trip, 4 itemtype 2 in one trip or 3 itemtype 3 in one trip.

Can someone please help me build the model? Thanks!

This model shows how you can use the Send To Port field to send specific itemtypes out through specific ports. Itemtype 1 (red) boxes are always sent out the first port and itemtypes 2 and 3 (blue and green) get sent out the second.

I'm using the Port By Case pickoption in the Send To Port field.

Yeah. That makes sense. But, how can I let forklift only moves when Queue 11 or Queue 12 is about to run out of flowitems?

What do you mean that they are about to run out of items? Is something else pulling items out of the queue? Does about to run out mean there are less than x number of items?

I would like the forklift to move four of itemtype1 in one trip and leave those flowitems at Queue 11. Then, a processor processes items from Queue 11 one by one. Right after the last item in Queue 11 flows to the connected processor, forklift takes another trip to get itemtype1 again. Does it make sense?
