a quick question - how to access/edit task sequence of robot? The robot needs to behave in cyclical manner for 4 stations around it....i.e. 1--> 2, 2-->3. 3-->4, move to 1 ... and the cyle continues. Please note that all the 4 locations have parts and capacity available.....

Hi @Vaibhav R3,

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

Proprietary models can be posted as a private question visible only to FlexSim U.S. support staff. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.

Hi @Vaibhav R3! You can do that in 2 ways. You can set the Robot to do Round Robin using the dispatcher window in properties like this:

Another (perhaps better option) is to create a process flow task sequence that has the Robot do that specifically. You can learn more about Task Sequences in this tutorial:

https://docs.flexsim.com/en/23.1/Tutorials/ProcessFlow/Tutorial2TaskSequences/2-1BuildBasicTask/2-1B...

I hope that helps!

he first suggestion may be incorrect because it affects TE selection and may have nothing to do with the required queue selection. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Hmm @Vaibhav R3 I looked at it again and I think you're right. Then the only way I could think of to do it would be to create your own process flow

Here's a quick example of a simple process flow for a robot task sequence. You can create any task sequence you want for your robot by following this same pattern: Acquire the Robot resource, create a Task Sequence, execute each part of the task, finish the Task Sequence, release the Robot resource.
