Reducing the height of stacked boxes in an combiner.

From the image below, I have created a custom flow item (rack) which is used with a combiner to stack boxes on top of the rack; I need to use a rack as my AGV will move the rack along with the stacked boxes. The issue is that I can't seem to reduce the height of the stacked boxes. It should be level with the bottom level of the rack.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Use a flow item packing method to place the boxes.

If you don't need the warehouse functionality that a rack offers then just use a shape for the rack object rather than an instance of the rack class copied from the library. If it doesn't need to be seperated from the tote base then use just one shape for both - which will simplify your packing method.

Right now I'm using the simple packing method (typically used for the tote item) but I was wondering if there was a way in the code to edit it such that the starting packing height is lower.

Hello @Afthab L,

In the Flow Item Bin at the bottom there is a button called Edit Packing Methods. When you select this a window will open. You can create a custom packing method here. I suggest creating one from scratch or duplicating one and editing it to fit your needs rather than editing one of the one that is already there as you may use it in your model in other places already.

Hello @Afthab L,

One last detail I forgot to mention, in the flow item bin when you select the rack flow item you can change which packing method is selected in the properties panel.
