I have attached my healthcare model and for some reason I cant get my patients go to the X Ray or DEXA route. The percent is small, but technically a 50/50 chance. I don't know why it's not working for these particular exams.

Hi @Jaidit J ,

Try running the model for another day or even a week, you would see that patients start to go that part of the patient flow.

I changed the Repeat Interval to Daily in the Arrivals Table and during the second day patients go to DEXA or XRay

There are few patients arriving every 30 minutes and when the token get to the decide activity the randomness doesn't send the patients during the first day there. To me the logic is working ok

If you only want to run for a single day but still see different results you can also uncheck the "Repeat Random Streams" option.

It seems the random stream generated for the decide activity otherwise results in the "unlucky" case of no patients going that route (0.6% chance that this happens).
