Pulling from list with different tokens

i had a problem

i need to pull a token from list that has labels ( Place , currentState , age , PlacePo ) By another token has different labels name ( code , pulled , Num_of_stages ,..... )

which Value of label " to " equal Value of label " PlacePo "

Add a label field for "PlacePo" to the list. Then the query should just be "WHERE PlacePo == puller.to".
