Hi,

In the model Queue1 contain k1 to k5 parts. I want to pull only one quantity of "k1" every time pull initiated but there is two quantity being pulled same in the case of "k2" can anyone please help with this model.

Hey @mary, there are a few things I see in your model that confuse me.

Firstly, your "Combiner2" confuses me. You have Source2 feeding pallets in (with types) and you have Source3 feeding in boxes (with types), but (1) they aren't the same amount, so you eventually will get Type 1 pallets with Type 2 boxes, and (2) I don't see what the point of it is.

Secondly, you say you only one one quantity of k1 for each pull, but I don't know what you mean by "one quantity of k1". Do you mean that you only want one box to enter the "k1_partial" queue for each k1 in Queue1?

If you have a problem you're trying to solve, please provide more details; explain it like I am a child. I have no idea what your processes are or what your problem is, so you can't expect to get useful help if we have nothing to go off of.
