Processor Not Working Properly

In my model, I have 4 processors and am using standard logic for the operator to place and pick up objects from each processor. For some reason, when I run my model for 24 hours consecutively, 3/4 of my processors are running at 93% and 1 of them is running at 8%. I slowed down my model and realized that there is an object at that one processor finished, yet the operator does not go pick the item up, and instead goes to the other processors. How can I fix this?

It sounds like you have an object previous to your processors and on the Flow Tab you have still have the default option of the Function Send to Port set as First available. You should change this option, which chooses a more randomly port Random > Random Port or more ordered Port like Round Robin > Round Robin. Then both processors gets a more balanced input of items.
