ProcessFlow Personnel operations and handling

[ FlexSim 22.0.16 ]

How does ProcessFlow set five objects to have individual label names,

These five objects are divided into three people for the first operation, and then moved to the first temporary storage area, and the fourth person will carry the objects in the temporary storage area to another machine for operation, and then carry the second machine after the operation is completed. temporary storage area.

For the second time, the three people take the objects from the second temporary storage area to do the second operation. After transporting to a machine for the second operation, the objects are finished.

Five objects, a total of two manual operations and machine operations

Hmmm I'm a little confused what you're trying to do here, if I understand correctly here are the steps:

1) 5 objects are each split into 3 for a total of 15 and then 3 people carry them (or 5 objects are carried by 3 people total?) to a storage area

2) A fourth person transports the objects to machine (individually or as a group?) and then to a second machine and then to a storage area

3) 3 people take the objects to a final machine and finish the process

Could you clarify on the process? Also how do you want to use labels on these objects?

1) The first feeding storage area is fixed with only 5 objects, and each object is carried by 3 people to their own machine for single operation, and the storage area after individual operations (this is the second storage area)

2) The fourth person transports the objects in the second storage area to another machine for separate operations, and the machine does the work and transports them to the first storage area

3) 3 people will wait after completing the first five objects, and the first feeding storage area will be transported to this area from another machine operation

The above is the first loop

4) Then there is the second cycle. After the first material is completed, after the first feeding storage area is fed, 3 people will take the individual objects for the second individual operation. After the second material is finished, , this object will be stored in the second storage area, and another machine will use the second object operation after judging that the first object is completed

5) The second operation process is the same as the first operation process, the difference is that there are storage areas for the first object and the second object

6) After the second process is completed, the object will flow to the Sink and end

Hello @Candan, Can you post a model of your attempt at building this model? This forum is not so we can build the model for you, but rather to answer your questions so you know how to build your own model.

Please do the tutorials. Once you understand how FlexSim works you'll know how to attribute movement and processing jobs to operators and how to route work items.
