Process Flow error

[ FlexSim 22.2.1 ]

I have a problem in my process flow logic, when I play my simulation I get this error, Error de process flow .jpg , attached to the image you can see the error I get, I think it is because the process flow is not recognizing the "involved 1" item, which is part of the 3d model. Does any one know how to fix this problem please ?

The item reference in a Load activity is invalid. Check that the label you use there correctly points to an item.
