problems with starting FlexSim - done binding objects

Hello everyone,

For a week I have had a problem with starting the FlexSim program, the interface keeps loading, but does not play any model and a gray image appears. I updated all graphics card drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled FlexSim, but the problem is still the same. Please help me, thank you in advance. I am attaching a screenshot directly from the program.

We'll need you to try all the other suggestions as well. Start up or installation issues are almost always fixed by applying one or more of the listed suggestions.
