problems with inter arrival time

Hello,

I'm working with Flexsim HC 2023 Update 2 for Education.

I need multiple sources and patient flows with all different arrival and process times. All sources have a inter arrivals times and all processes have a statisical distribution.

I already made this model in a file but I can't seem to find the problem with my model. The people don't arrive at all or they stay stationary in the entrance.

I have completed the Tutorial for Flexsim Healtcare but my own model doesn't seem to work. I think it is a problem with the source, but I am not sure. I can't find a good tutorial for the inter arrival source.

I have put a simple version of my model below. (the complete file is the same build)

Hi @Elise ,

It looks like you are creating one patient per 10 days on average with the inter arrival source. I don't know if that is correct or if that needs to be a little bit less. Not that this is the problem.

The problem is in your Verpleegafdeling A processFlow. You don't want a inter arrival source here, but just a scheduled source, like this:
