Problem with separator /conveyor?

Hi!

I have 6 separator (199,272,223,225,297,299) above with a pallet of 8 gearbox , this gearbox went one by one and randomly (one gearbox for each separator go on the conveyor 4).

But the system start while about 17000 seconds and it stop, but I don't understand why?

Mathilde,

The problem was is that in your Station2 object, you had it sending to output port 1 but you had no output port connections. I connected Station2 to ExitTransfer1198 and that seems to have fixed the problem. It was becoming blocked because there was no place for the flowitems to go.

Take a look at the attached model and see if this fixed the problem you were having.

It may be helpful to get with the original modeler and sit down with them and have them walk you through all of the logic in your model. This may help you to better understand what's going on and how all of the objects are linked together.
