Problem with Combiner

The attached model is facing the following problem: the Combiner 27 should be able to pack 6 flow items on a pallet. However, it is just taking one flow item and the pallet is located too high. The packing process is not happening at all after the first flow item comes. Could anyone please help me with this issue, please?

The combiner object requires that the container item enters through port 1. In your model you have the pallet coming in as port 2. If you rerank your input ports for your combiner so the pallet enters through port 1 it will work correctly.
