Picking boxes for orders

Hi

The operator is not picking the boxes from the GlobalTable1 where the Type has numbers with "-" between them but it does pick the other Type of boxes with simple numbers. What do I need to change so he can pick up the boxes where they have a Type with "-" (possibly its string data and not numeric like the other simple numbers)?

A string address depends on the pattern you compose in the toolbox for warehousing. There are number fields where you can choose its basic length

1: results in 1,2,3,4

2: results in 01,02,03,04

In your previous model you mixed address strings at two places. —1-2-3 and the other —01-02-03

It is really important that the address pattern matches with the toolbox setting.

I just downloaded this model to have a look, can you tell me why does the operator stay idle after picking the first 5 orders from the list? I am very new to flexsim and can't understand why it is happening here
