The patient stands away from the Nurse Area I have indicated. He will go to the area, but it makes him stand in that particular section during this process. How can I get him to stand directly in front of the Nurse Area? I've added nodes, but he goes to the node and it automatically puts him that far away from the nurse area.
The object's shape determines where a patient goes and what animation they do when arriving at that object. For a nurse station there is a certain position the patient stands at. It looks weirder than it should because you've resized the object and now that spot is pretty far away from the desk.
The easiest way to customize where a patient stands is to add another object for the patient to go to instead of the nurse station. In this sample model I added two phone objects and have the patient walk to a phone instead of the nurse station. On the first phone object I opened its Advanced Visuals and cleared its shape field so that the phone object isn't even drawn. There's just a little spot on the floor hidden under the nurse desk.
