Patient Rounds example?

Can you provide an example of a nurse doing patient rounds? I'm trying to work through a scenario where this happens but can't quite seem to get it.

Typically, something like nurse/doctor rounds are time based, so I've kicked off the rounds using a Global Process activity that gets repeated at 10AM each day in the attached sample model. The trick is to use the"Custom" option for the Activity Type, declare the staff, equipement (if used) and the process time in the parameter fields for the Custom activity, and then in the Activity Started Trigger for the activity, use the Custom Activity Options > Initiate Patient Rounds pick list option to define the possible locations and other parameters for the round.
