I want to set a extra delay between decision points but the delay depends on if the second one decision or station are with content 1, if that doesn't occurred, the item wont set a stop you Know what I mean?

Maybe you are looking for the Restricted Area functionality.

You could do a Enter Restricted Area that has a Max Content using the On Arrival trigger of the first decision point.

Then you could do a Exit Restricted Area using the On Arrival trigger of the second decision point.
