Optimizer error in Flexsim webserver

[ FlexSim 16.2.2 ]

opquest-error.jpgHi Phil, Matt, we are running the model in a virtual server with enough capacity to use the FlexSim webserver, but we had a problem with the optimizer. The optimizer does not run in web. it appears a mistake (I attached the capture of the error). The experimenter runs but not the optimizer. Do you know the reason of that? And also, the model view and to configure the settings in web is very slow, because the transfer of data between the virtual server and the internet is also slow. Is it possible to do something to speed up that?

Does that server have an optquest license activated?

Yes! the server has two active licenses, FlexSim and Optquest.

If you open FlexSim on the server without using the webserver, and then open the model, can you run the Optimizer? Or is it only having a problem with run through the web server?
