Hello everyone, I am currently practicing how to find the best route for material handling.
My model consists of 13 warehouses, and at present, the transportation follows the original plan. However, I want to determine the optimal transportation route that yields the shortest total distance while maintaining the same amount of goods delivered to each warehouse.
I have already created a preliminary ProcessFlow and configured the parameters for all 13 warehouses. I have also set up performance indicators, including the total distance and the average transportation time. This time, I have also attached my model.
