Operators Unnecessary Travel

I'm very new to working with A* navigation and I recently added it to my model and messed up my operators. Currently my operators are traveling back to my bridge I created to connect the platform level to main floor, but only on one specific "Load: Full Cup" step in my process flow (Drain Belt Filling 1 & 2 as well as Sealing) . They stay put during other load/unload steps. Before I added A* they would stay put at their work station. I'd like some help configuring my model so my operators aren't traveling around when not needed, hopefully while keeping A* because we will be adding additional process's using more of the equipment platform in the future. They're travelling on the bridges because they are positioned under the 2nd floor:

So when they start their travel task they think they're on the wrong floor and use the bridges.

Ohhhh that makes sense... didn't think of where their feet ended up while seated. Thanks!
