Operator arms always open

[ FlexSim 22.0.16 ]

Hello, I have a model that the operators are always with their arms opened. To change that I need to set the operator clip animation individualy, but I have a lot of operators inputed already in my model, and to recreate all of them, I'd be losing their references in my processflow logic. How can I do to reset all the operators animation at once?

Hi @LUMA ,

One possible solution is Ctrl clicking all operators. That allows you to change all their properties at once.

Let me know if that works. If you have further questions, please attach your model so we can better help you. Thanks!

@Natalie White The solution to reset the animation is in the clip animation, on the animation page, that is individualy for each operator. Because of that, I can´t use the Ctrl option. Unfortonally my model is confidential, so I can´t share with you.

Under the Graphics tab in your Global Preferences, have you set the OpenGL Context field to General? This may be the cause of the issue.

Are you accessing your model directly or remotely? Accessing remotely can sometimes cause this issue with your graphics. Another possibility is that your graphics driver may not be up to date.

Hi @Natalie,

I've checked the graphics tab already, our problem is on the operators clip animation. I was wondering if there is some way of resetting the animation of all the operators at once. I was testing, and if we copie those operators from the model and put into a blank model, they close their arms.

test_operator_animation.mp4

On this exemple, I show a way of fixing this problem, but I have to do it individually, and I can't erase and recreate the operators because I'll lose their references in my logic.

Hi @LUMA,

Proprietary models can be posted as a private question visible only to FlexSim U.S. support staff. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.

I feel like whenever this has happened to me all I've needed to do is reset the model so it would be interesting to see if we can replicate it using your model.
