Ok I got it to work, but my patients are not leaving the Check Out Area

The Remove Patient activity at the end of the process was destroying the patient along with the acquired location before the "Release Location: Check Out Desk" could be released. I updated your model to include a "Walk" activity that provides a bit of a delay so that the location can be released before the patient holding that location is destroyed. Hopefully this works.
A lot of these questions are centered around basic functionalities of FlexSim. Have you taken time to view FlexSim's tutorials? They will help you solidify your understanding of the software. A new video tutorial should be available. If you're interested, I can provide a link to that.
