To answer your question, the options are different because the version in the tutorial is FlexSim 2017 and you are using FlexSim 2019. There are changes and updates in the new version.
You can still achieve the data you want, but the name or appearance may not be the same. Por ejemplo, "las unidades que salen por hora" se llaman "Throughput per Hour".
It appears that you're trying to get statistics for the "Transpaleta carga 1,2,3". You can click on a "Transpaleta carga" object, go to Quick Properties -> Statistics and then click the pin next to "Throughput" to pin one of these directly to a dashboard.

he realizado el gráfico como me has indicado
pero ¿podría obrtener en la misma gráfica los valores de las diferentes transpaletas?

When you create one of the graphs like before, FlexSim also creates something called a "Statistics Collector". These are useful tools that can track customized statistics. I used one of the statistics collectors (from one of the graphs we created before) and added the other "Transpaleta Carga" objects to it. That way, they all show up together on the same graph.
To answer the second part of your question may take me some time, but I'll work on it. In the meantime, do you want to graph "kilometers traveled per hour" or do you want a table for "how much distance traveled" updated every hour?
vale perfecto, lo que agregó pero de forma visual solo se aprecia una línea.
referente a si prefiero "kilómetros recorridos por hora" o deseo una tabla para "cuánta distancia recorrida" se actualiza cada hora, cualquiera que sea útil.
