Object Tracker error

Hi All-

When I'm running my model, I'm getting an Object Tracker error sometime on Day 1 (the time and patient vary). It's always for Track 2, PCI 4 or 5, Activity 60. The error says the resource is undefined, but the activity calls for the resource defined in the PCI table. When I pause the model at the time of the error, I see the RN who has been assigned to that patient walking toward the patient, but the model stops and won't move forward. Can you take a look?

This model runs fine for me after I refresh the UI, View -> Open Default Workspace.
