Object process flow for a conveyor is not getting saved as a user library.

I'm assuming you mean from right clicking the conveyor and adding that - the object flow of which it was a member should get added automatically, right? You can right click the process flow background and add it to the user library seperately, but then you need to add the user library instance to that manually.
