Object 3D shape color error

Hello,

I am not sure what is going on, I loaded a shape for my pallet object and it is all working well, but when I close model it change the color to black. I had this problem before, and every time I opened the model I had to reload the shape, but now even reloading its not working, stays black.

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model/shape or a sample model that demonstrates your question.
