No properties showing when clicking the Resource

How can I get the properties to come up when I clock on the Resource: desk Workers shared asset. Thank you.

Do you see any Properties in Quick Properties Pane.

View-> Properties from the top menu. If that doesn't work: View->Open Default Workspace
