Need Help with Robot 2 Pallet Unloading Error

Hello Team,

Details:

  • Robot 2 is configured to unload boxes onto pallets.
  • In a batch of two pallets, if one pallet is empty, the model shows an error.

Questions:

  1. How can we modify the logic so Robot 2 continues unloading on the available pallet?
  2. How can we ensure the empty pallet moves to the sink automatically?

Attached: Model file for reference.

I would suggest to reverse the logic. Push the receiving pallets to a list and make the token that gets triggered by the loaded pallets the one that controls the robot. On that side you know how many items there are on the pallet, so it's easy to run a Load/Unload Sub Flow that many times.

Hi @FelixMoehlmann

I’ve implemented the logic in the model, but I’m facing some errors.

Could you please review the attached file and help me resolve the issues?

I don't see any changes between this model and the one you originally uploaded.

Another possible solution is to use Decide activities. In the upper flow (arrival at station 8), skip the Push to List and Wait for Event if there are no boxes on the pallet.

In the lower one, skip the second Pull from List, Load and Unload depending on the type of the first item. Like in the other Process Flow section that loads the boxes onto separate pallets.

Again, I don't see that you 'implemented' something. Compared to the previous model some activities were removed but nothing new added.
