I'm looking for a FlexSim expert to help me build a simulation model focused on an e-commerce warehouse facility pick&pack production process. The model should include different line configurations as well as the replenishment flow from storage to racks.
I already have:
Detailed process documentation
Layout information
Input data (SKUs, rack locations, etc.)
A basic sample model I built myself — but I couldn't develop it further due to skill limitations.
The goal is to improve and expand this model to evaluate different setups.
