Long Conveyor Does Not Show Contents

I have some 600 foot long conveyors where the parts on the conveyor are not visual when I run the model (they are there, however). When I reduce the length of the conveyors to see if that is a factor, I still cannot see the containers. How can I fix this?

I'm happy to take a look at the issue you're having, but it's almost impossible to debug without a model. Are you able to attach one? If it contains proprietary information, you can make this question Private so that only FlexSim U.S. employees will see it.

A good place to start would be our article on graphics issues. The most important thing to do is update your graphics drivers - not via Windows update, but straight from your graphics hardware vendor (usually one of AMD, Nvidia, or Intel).

The article has other suggestions as well. Something like objects not drawing properly can often be cleared up with one of the suggestions in the linked article.

There is also the chance it is something specific to your model, in which case please attach you model, or start a new private question to attach the model, or contact your local FlexSim distributor for direct phone of email support.
