Loading combined items onto elevator

In my model I have a conveyor sequence that starts off with combining 2 items (pallet/box) and then it gets passed along the process. Once box/pallet hits the first elevator, it sits and backs up the line instead of loading and continuing on. How can I get the Elevator3 to load this?

The first Wait for Event activity is set to "match" but doesn't have anything to match to.

I replaced the first Wait for Event activity with an Event-Triggered Source.
