Load a batch with a robot and process flow

Hello,
I am triying to load a batch (one pallet and 2 boxes) with the robot but is like the robot load one by one and unload one by one. It is possible to take the pallet and what it contains in one go?

The problem is in the transport between the last 2 queues.

Hi,

You should unload those boxes in the pallet, not in the queue, so the item you have to load next is the pallet that contains those boxes.

(In process flow, you are batching tokens, but it is not the way to get objects in the pallet)
