Linking global processes to the patient track

I've started creating a global process to represent activities performed by other nursing staff. How do I set its starting time to be the same as the patient track activity? Can I link some of the global process activities to the patient track?

It sounds to me like what you need is just more patient activities. Global processes are mostly used for representing tasks unrelated to a specific patient (e.g. phone calls). If you want staff to do things based off a specific patient the easiest thing to do is to start an activity on the patient. Patients can have several activities active at the same time (in parallel), although they're only allowed to have one activity that makes them travel.
