[ FlexSim 17.1.0 ]

Hello,

I am trying to open a file made in 17.1 (Brenton K.) and currently all my licenses show 17.0 in the account tab. I can't seem to validate a 17.1 install to enterprise with the old licenses. Opening the 17.1 model shows a completely blank model in 17.0, probably due to being written in 17.1 process flow.

Hi @David L5,

If your software maintenance is current, you can upgrade your license for use with FlexSim 17.1.

Follow the upgrading instructions in your FlexSim Account:

6667-2017-05-12-13-34-13-account-flexsim-simulation-sof.pngI don't know what sort of license you have, but there are 3 options for upgrading standalone licenses. Start with the top one, it is the easiest. Click the folder icon to expand the instructions. If your license won't upgrade automatically, you can try the standard or manual methods.

Or it is possible you have a local license server, in which case, the 4th upgrade explanation concerns server licenses.
