Issue with Changing Object Color Using “Change Visual” in Process Flow

I am trying to change the object color using the Change Visual activity in the Process Flow, but I am unable to identify the cause of the error that occurs.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue?

You assign the wrong value to the "item" label in the source. It should be the item reference not the input port rank.

Uncheck "Will Override Return Value" in the settings of the Event-Triggered Source.
