Is there default priority/premption setting for Travel activity in Process Flow?

I'm trying to get an AGV off of a spur following an unload by using a Travel activity in Process Flow to send it to a temporary parking spot, but if a travel task arises while the AGV is en route to that parking spot then I want it to be preempted by the new task.

If I create a Task Sequence in Process Flow, I can assign a priority and preemption rule that will apply to a Travel activity later assigned to that Task Sequence. If I simply add a Travel activity assigned to the AGV, there is no place to assign priority & preemption. Is there an implied/default in effect?

Do I have to go the Create Task Sequence/Dispatch Task Sequence Route?

The default is a priority of 0 and no preemption. You'll need to use the Create TS activity to add either to your tasks in Process Flow.

You can also use the Release Token activity to pull a token already in the middle of a Travel activity as a way to do what you're asking. Just set the Release To field to your second activity and the token should move from its initial Travel activity to the "higher priority" Travel activity.

Of course, the second option is only possible if you are doing all the travel logic in Process Flow. Otherwise, use the Create TS activity with priority and preemption if the AGV can receive task sequences from an object in the 3D view.
