Is there a way to escape gridlocks?

Hi, once an AGV has fallen into a gridlock it sends a message and stops the model. I have to reset and run the model.

Is there a way to activate a logic once an AGV drives into a gridlock to back down and choose a different route?

There isn't a way to do that, as far as I know. You need to use control areas and control points to avoid gridlocks in the first place.
