How to work with multiline Text activity (helpfile is wrong)

I'm trying to create a some what larger piece of text in Process Flow, similar to the "Descriptions" in the AGV flows. Writing a bit larger text is not so easy so I checked the helpfile, but in the helpfile for this activity is a multiline edit checkbox mentioned, but I can not find it. And on the Text activity are 3 checkboxes present (Shrink text..., billboard and dynamic text) but these are nowhere explained in the helpfile. I went back to version 2017 but even there, the help file and the activity do not match.

So my main question is, how can I easily create larger texts in my Text activity?

At some point the text objects were updated to all be multiline. You don't need to check a box, it's already set to be multiline. You just double click in the text area and start typing. You can add line breaks by typing Ctrl-Enter.
