How to use decide block for random connection for 5 cases in process flow

I have tried to simulate a call center of a bank on process flow, so I want to use a decide block with 5 activities and I don’t know what condition to use between conditional decide or random connection

What should I do?

Hello @Kantmm ,

If you want a random connection for 5 diferents outputs, the correct option is random connection.

If you want the decision yo be based on a condition, like if a label is a certain value (Example: token.label ==2) then you should use the conditional decide.
