Hello @lavanya P3, welcome to this answers site. I recommend you open the manual and start reading. The first chapter to start with is Simulation Best Practices, then you go through the tutorials. Please read the abstract of tutorials before you do them. It is necessary you open all headlines in the tutorials manual. The order in the manual isn’t helpful for everyone. If you read some of them, which are suitable for your project, begin to build a small cell of your whole model. You should build the material flow and also the statistical evaluation. Then you enhance the model. At each progress step you should enhance the statistical data acquisition as well.
You can find some videos on basic subjects in the internet. Often they are outdated, because they were build for older FlexSim versions. They can still support you, but please keep in mind, whenever you hear or see the attribute “itemtype” it is deprecated. You must use instead
item.Type
If you want to add something totally new, you test the new feature in a small and simple model before you integrate it in your project. Each small success in a test model will motivate you.

After you get answers, you should think about to build your cell again. The idea to build a model again is based on the fact, your experience increases while you build your model and another approach looks later better to finish the project easier. And this idea come to your mind on your own when you will have finished the project. Then I recommend to build the model anew. The statistical evaluation will be smarter and you get better results.
