we did the process that make the random customers but we couldn't set up correct way of process flow on shopping process.

Hi @lady gaga,

The best way to randomly have people pick items from racks, like from a store, is to use the "Find Item" activity. This can be set to randomly select some item stored in the racks. You can then have the customers go and pick up the item, and once they have selected enough items you can have the customer checkout and leave. I am attaching a model that demonstrates using the find item activity.
